Specialists from the University of Copenhagen created a chip that could be used to build a future quantum simulator.
Currently, quantum computers use evolving systems of relative states to approximate stable quantum states. Decoherence a symptom of relativity.
Because quantum states are relativistic precursors for ibservable relativity, operatuins seem instantaneous.
Instantaneous dies not mean unconnected, or uninterceptable. Non-evolving is sufficient not to be observable; light in transit as an example. Unrelated to time.
